Quotations
All sales are made against a written quotation. Quotations state the products, configurations, prices, taxes, validity period and any services included, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once we receive a purchase order or written acceptance of the quotation and any agreed advance payment. Payment terms are as stated on the quotation. All invoices are issued with applicable GST.
Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines are confirmed with your order. Where deployment, enrolment or installation is included, our team will agree a schedule with you. Please inspect goods on delivery and report any visible damage or shortage straight away.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty — for example the Apple limited warranty or Microsoft’s warranty for Surface. Extended cover such as AppleCare for Enterprise or an annual maintenance contract can be added to your order.
Returns and cancellations
Devices found dead on arrival are handled in line with the manufacturer’s policy. Because business orders are often configured, enrolled or customised for you, other returns and cancellations are accepted only where agreed in writing and may carry a charge.
